The Friday Night Race Series has upgraded from aluminum to carbon for 2020. We’re now utilizing a state-of-the-art, chip-based timing system from Zone4 Racing to quickly provide precise times to all of our racers. (Some of you may remember this system from its test run at this year’s Winter Woolly downhill fat bike race.) Faster timing for fast racing!
In addition to individual results, this year we’re introducing a team racing format. Teams of five riders can earn points in eight racer categories over seven weeks of racing. Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams at the end of the series.
Participation this year is limited to 75 riders and you must register online. Registration will open this Friday, June 26th.
Race Dates: Every Friday night, July 10th-August 21st. Racing begins at 5:30pm.
Weather Date: August 28th
Price: $140. Registration is for all seven weeks of racing.
Race registration includes lift access beginning at 3:30pm every Friday for the duration of the series. If you are not a season pass holder and want to ride earlier in the day, you will need to purchase a day pass online separately.
Stick around after the race every Friday for live music and product giveaways in the backyard, where we can all celebrate a good time with food, drink, and friends while safely social distancing.
