Good morning Highland Family,
As many of you know, we experienced two disruptions to our chairlift operations within the last month. While our mechanics were able to resolve the issue by the end of the day in both situations and the lift is currently operating per design, we’ve determined that the best course of action to avoid further interruptions is to replace our communication line.
We have ordered the new comm line, and it is expected to arrive by Monday. It will take four to five days to complete the installation. To that end, Highland will be CLOSED from Monday, 6/12 to Friday, 6/16.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We will still be open for Wednesduro and Thursduro during this temporary closure. Uphill access will begin at 3:30pm both evenings.
- Bike Shop Appreciation Day has been rescheduled to Thursday, June 22
- In order to make up next week’s lost riding days for our season pass holders, we will be opening up additional days in September.
If you have already reserved a day pass, rental, or lesson in the range of 6/12 to 6/16, we will be reaching out to you via the email you provided in your booking to offer you a refund or a transfer. Please don’t hesitate to contact info@highlandmountain.com with any questions.
