Summer keeps getting closer! 2025 is here and we have 156 days until the first campers arrive. We would like to thank all of the campers and families who have enrolled already from nearby, across the country and internationally! Sessions are filling up (session 6 in particular!) so if you are considering camp, ENROLL NOW!
The Early Bird Sale came to an end with 2024, but you can still save on camp! Riders who enroll for more than one session in 2025 are eligible for 10% off of their base camp price. Guest Pro Coach: Kaidan Ingersoll – Session 1 2025
We are excited to announce that Kaidan Ingersoll will be joining us for Session 1 of Ayr Academy! Kaidan is a professional slopestyle athlete and a great example of how hard work can turn dreams into reality. He is also no stranger to camp, come ride with him!

#MyHighlandCamp
In December we hosted the #MyHighlandCamp contest on Facebook and Instagram. Participants shared their memories of dorm room antics, personal goals and riding accomplishments for 4 weeks. Each week a winner received a Highland Camps jersey. Thank you to everyone who shared with us, and we hope to create many more memories going forward!
What’s New at Camp
Alongside keeping up with enrollments, we have been working on hiring 2025 staff! There will be some new staff this year as well as plenty of familiar faces. Stay tuned for more staff announcements! If you know someone who would make a great coach or counselor for our camp, have them reach out to us at camps@highlandmountain.com
We have had great success so far with our CIT program turning passionate campers into professional staff! The CIT program runs during Sessions 5 & 6. Applications have been flying in! New for the summer of 2025, we are offering the CIT program in a one or two week format.
Session 5 is focused on helping CITs to see all the ways that counselors support camp, and training them with skills to help lead their own groups in the future. Session 6 is all about coaching. CITs will work alongside coaches to run their riding groups, learning strategies and best practices for teaching and ensuring safety on the trail. If you know a 16-17 year old who would like to work at Highland in the future, we want to know!
Parents Ride, Too!
Camp isn’t just for the kids! Highland offers multi-day programming for adults in the spring and autumn. Our Adult Ayr Academy is a great way to improve your riding and keep up with your kids!
