Flagship Store Manager

The Store Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the store including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, computer sales, restocking and managing inventory levels and working closely with vendors and management staff to order products.

Responsibilities also include management of Highland’s web store to manage inventory, uploading sale items, online sales, and shipping of all products.

Must demonstrate a professional standard of customer service with an enthusiastic, friendly, positive attitude and work well independently.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional appearance. Must have a flexible schedule, the ability to work weekends and perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Retail experience preferred. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office are required. Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Café & Bar Manager

The Café/Bar Manager is responsible for leading a team of up to 10 staff members in the efficient and profitable operation of the Café and Bar. Responsible for the day-to-day operation during the mountain bike season. Candidates must demonstrate a professional standard of customer service with an enthusiastic, friendly, positive attitude and work well as a part of a team. Will be required to attend liquor classes and enforce a strict liquor policy.

Applicants must have excellent verbal and communication skills, a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Computer proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and POS software are required.
2-3 years’ experience in the food industry preferred. High School Diploma required.

Cafe Crew

Responsibilities include fast and accurate food preparation, customer service, performing register transactions, and cleaning. Must demonstrate a professional standard of customer service with an enthusiastic, friendly, positive attitude and work well as a part of a team. Will be required to attend liquor classes and enforce a strict liquor policy.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional appearance. Must have a flexible schedule, the ability to work weekends and perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Computer skills, prior food service, and customer service experience preferred.

Guest Services (Front Desk/Ticket Agent)

Responsibilities include providing information and selling products and services, often acting as the first point of contact for guests. Carrying out and managing all ticket sales and related customer purchases quickly and accurately. Must demonstrate a professional standard of customer service with an enthusiastic, friendly, positive attitude and work well as a part of a team.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional appearance. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Computer skills and customer service experience required.

Lift Operators

Responsibilities include being attentive and accountable for operational and emergency procedures of the lift as well as loading and off-loading bikes from chairlift attachment. Applicants must be able to work in adverse outdoor weather conditions and be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Previous lift operating experience preferred.

Must be 18 years or older to apply.
